	larger image		AC TIG Panasonic ensures powerful and stable arc in AC TIG aluminum welding by adopting IGBT (Insulated Gated Bipolar Transistor) inverter control. Adopting the square-wave in AC welding, the excellent arc stability from low to high current is realized. Moreover, this square-wave AC requires no high-frequency wave during welding as in the case of DC TIG welding. 3 type of AC TIG mode can be selected for various work. (AC standard TIG, AC Hard TIG, AC Soft TIG) MIX TIG 'Mixing' DC features into AC TIG welding for aluminum welding, it realizes clean bead appearance, deeper penetration and longer lifetime of electrode compared with conventional AC TIG welding. MIX TIG is Panasonic original, unique welding method. DC TIG Panasonic ensures outstanding instantaneous arc start, reaching the programmed current within 0.001 sec. Inverter sound is reduced by adopting IGBT inverter control. Pulse TIG Panasonic provides two types of pulse mode; low pulse control (0.5 - 25Hz) and middle pulse control (10 - 500Hz).
