The movements are fully coordinated with the robot and enable all welds to be made using the optimum welding position thus ensuring weld quality. Dynamic modeling allows rapid acceleration and fast movements so that cycle times are kept to a minimum. The IRBP B positioner is suitable for applications requiring two stations solution. The arrangement allows the operator to perform all loading and unloading operations ergonomically.
