Available single point of control dual robot configuration, theoretically doubles production throughput with no additional floorspace required. Optional load station jog allows complete load position flexibility, allowing multi-stage loading or tack and finish welding to occur in a common welding fixture. Can be coupled with optional Panasonic TAWERS™ robotic solutions for greater production throughput. Manufacturing Flexibility A fully welded frame, pre-wired and pre-assembled then shipped to you in three sections utilizing quick assembly and connection capabilities. Open area above load station permits easy changeover of welding fixtures or weldments by crane or forklift. Low-mid-high volumes can be welded in single, multiple or progressive fixtures providing a flexible platform for changing production needs. Personal Safety L-shaped light curtains at tested penetration distances, interlocked maintenance gate, dual channel safety circuit, two stationary arc flash barriers, main axis sweep monitor and auxiliary axis servo disconnect at operator station during load/unload are included in the safety features. Utilizes servo disconnect technology which removes drive power during fixture loading to prevent unexpected motion of the outboard axis. Optional load station jog function can reduce part loading related injuries by enabling the operator to rotate the welding fixture to a comfortable position.
