General System Information

Easy to move (forklift access from front and rear of cell)
Integrated safety environment including (2) light curtains, (2) interlocked sliding teach access doors, arc screen barrier on main indexer, hard stop limits on robot and aux axis servo power disconnect at operator station during load/unload

Production Flexibility

Larger rotation diameter, increased H/T length, heavier payload and open overhead construction accomodate larger parts and multiple or progressive fixturing.

Max. Accessibility

Outboard servo positioners allow for ease of loading or load and tack operations while maximizing welding robot torch accessibility.

Flexibly Safe

Standard servo power disconnect removes drive power on the outboard axis during fixture loading to prevent unexpected motion while maintaining production at the robot.
